Are you struggling with weight -loss? Have you been on one diet after another only to be disappointed and discouraged.

So what you must do, no matter which diet regime you choose, is when you plan your day as usual, include also your desire and think about the positive outcome you will have (your goal) by sticking to your Diet
It is not difficult to include this in your morning plan and eventually it will become a routine part of your life, a habit like any of the other daily tasks
You should know also that you will never burn fat and lose weight by starving and skipping meals...This causes you to gain weight instead of losing weight.
